Greek Chicken Youvetsi (Baked Orzo with Tomato & Cinnamon)
A Greek Sunday classic: tender chicken baked with orzo in a cinnamon-scented tomato sauce until the pasta soaks up every drop, then finished with grated cheese. Leftovers reheat beautifully for lunch.
