Honey-Dijon Orange Glazed Spiral Ham
A fully cooked spiral ham warmed low and slow so it stays moist, then lacquered with a honey, Dijon and orange glaze. Perfect for Christmas, Easter or a big Thanksgiving crowd.

- 8-10 lb Fully cooked bone-in spiral-cut ham
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Directions
- Heat oven to 325°F. Set the ham cut side down in a roasting pan, add the water and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake about 12 to 15 minutes per pound, until a thermometer in the center reads about 120°F.
- Meanwhile simmer honey, Dijon, orange zest and juice, brown sugar and spices for 3 minutes until syrupy.
- Uncover, brush generously with glaze and raise the oven to 400°F. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more, brushing once or twice, until glossy and the center reaches 140°F.

💡 Lighter tip: Ham is lean but salty: pair it with roasted vegetables and a big salad instead of salty sides.
