Lighter Classic Tiramisu
Espresso-soaked ladyfingers layered with a fluffy mascarpone cream and a dusting of cocoa. Lightened with Greek yogurt and a little whipped cream, with no raw eggs, and every bit as dreamy.

Ingredients
- 20 Savoiardi (crisp ladyfingers)
- 6 oz Mascarpone, cold
- 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup Heavy cream, cold
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract

- 2 tbsp Coffee liqueur or Marsala (optional)
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 oz Dark chocolate, finely grated
Directions
- Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla to soft peaks. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone and yogurt until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Stir the liqueur into the espresso. Quickly dip each ladyfinger (1 to 2 seconds per side; don't soak) and lay half of them in an 8x8 dish.
- Spread half the cream over the top. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and cream.
- Cover and chill at least 6 hours or overnight. Dust with cocoa and grated chocolate before serving.
